We prefer and encourage our clients to make appointments for visits. Except in rare emergency cases, on-time appointments will always receive priority.
We will, however, do our best to accommodate and see "walk-in" clients. Walk-in clients may either wait for a gap in our appointment schedule, or drop-off their pet for later treatment and pickup. Unscheduled drop-off cases need to be in by 10:00 am to allow ample time for examination and treatment before closing.
Please call and confer with the Receptionist for a plan that will work for both your schedule and ours. Our goal is to give every patient the time, attention, and high-quality treatment they deserve.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.
